Glebe Field Activity Day

Glebe Field Activity Day

In case you missed it…

Community Councillor David Scully updated members at the most recent meeting of the Council of the recent hugely successful activity day at the Glebe field in Llanfihangel Talyllyn, with its focus on biodiversity education and recording, for children in particular. The day helped to widen the knowledge and importance of the Glebe as a community asset, that also has biodiversity value. The encouraging turnout of people of all ages bodes well for the ongoing plan to improve the biodiversity of the Glebe and to engage with the community.

There was also representation from Brecon Beacons Local Nature Partnership and the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales.

Mr Mike Scruby again had put a lot of work into this project and Llangors Community Council again extend thanks for such a fantastic event.
