Invite to quote for the website and email hosting for Llangors Community Council
The successful provider will be required to provide secure hosting of the Community Council’s web address(es), and email accounts. The successful provider will need to maintain and operate within the specification as outlined by the Council, hold appropriate and valid public liability insurance and submit written quotes with any additional information.
The contract will be awarded for one year, subject to relevant conditions, which can be extended to a cover period of three years if both parties are in agreement.

Quotes must be submitted in writing by post and received no later than 5pm on Friday 13th March 2026.
During this process, the Financial Regulations of the Council will be followed, which sets out what constitutes improper activity when placing tenders and quotes.
