Tenders are invited for the Community Council Grass Cutting Contracts
Contract 1: Strimming, mowing and hedge trimming and disposal of cuttings at St. Paulinus Churchyard and two small areas of village green in Llangors.
Contract 2: Strimming, mowing and disposal of cuttings at the Glebe Community Field in Llanfihangel Talyllyn.

The successful contractor will be required to maintain these open public access areas to a respectable standard during the period from 1st April to 31st October each year, hold appropriate and valid public liability insurance and submit written method statements and risk assessments.
Each contract will be awarded for three years, subject to relevant conditions.
Tenders must be submitted in writing by post and received no later than 5pm on 7th October 2025.
During the tender process the Financial Regulations of the Council will be followed, which sets out what constitutes improper activity when placing tenders.
